the major and the minors are in the picture. Can anyone tell me how I can find the Metals and energies on Metatraders 4/5??
 
Any symbol is related to the broker (the brokers can add the symbol).
If you want to know which symbols are proposed by the broker to trade -  so right mouse click on Market Watch - Symbols.

If you do not find desirable symbol so - change the broker.

XAUUSD

Symbols (XAUUSD, EURUSD, GBPJPY, BTC/USD and so on) are not related to Metatrader5 software/ Those symbols are related to the broker you are connected this software to.
So, select the other broker with XAUUSD.

I think - some MT5 brokers are also providing those data so please find it by yourself for example.

And there are some other brokers who are providing it (we can not suggest any broker so you should find it by yourself using google for example).
