Opening Live Account Assistance

Good Day 

I proceeded with opening a live account today.

Although i did not choose a broker. It just showed the picture i have attached so i just clicked next. 

I got a mail saying i have a Preliminary Account Registration and i will contacted soon.

So is everything i done in order?

MetaQuotes is not a broker.
You should select the broker and open demo or real account with selected broker.

Can i perhaps sign up with the broker first directly then just login on metatrader?

or do i have to sign with the broker via trader

The normal procedure would be to find a trusted broker first (we cannot discuss or suggest brokers here), open a trading account in their website and then download MT4 or MT5 from their website in order to login with your trading account.
