You can attach one EA to one chart (EUR/USD M5 timeframe for example), and the other EA to the other chart (same EUR/USD M5 timeframe for example).
As to the magic number ..It depends on how EAs were coded ... but it is better to change magic number for the "other EA".

If they open positions on the same currency pair, they will conflict with each others trades, so its better to use a different magic number for each EA.
