The signal provider probably uses a hedge account, while you have a netting one.
US investors have certain limitation, when it comes to forex trading and signal copying.
Contact your broker and the signal provider for advice.

He doesn't need to use hedge, as long as his account is a hedging one and your netting, you can't follow him.
