Error: Unable to get property 'title'

Can anyone help? I purchased an EA...it installs fine on my stand-alone PC but when I try to install it (or activate or even see it) on my VPS running the same MT4 software I get the following error message:

Error: Unable to get property 'title' of undefined or null reference

In other words, when I log into my community account within my MT4 Terminal on my VPS (under Tools, Options, MQL5 Community), I am not able to see what I've purchased (but this problem only occurs on my VPS).

What am I missing?  Thanks
