Yes, I'm referring to the MT4 terminal (and MetaEditor).
I can enter to my account by using a web browser, but the MT4 terminal and editor failed.
When I try to run the Cloud Protector, I get this:
Yes that is working fine and i am on Linux 5.2.5-64 and Wine Version: 4.0-2
If you use the Webbrowser can you see the console log for errors.
Make sure the time and date on your system are correct.
You could make a new directory and only copy Terminal.exe and Metaeditor.exe to the new location and execute it from there.
Then it will start over with a clean environment and you can check if it works.
If it does you can then also transfer/copy the expert and indicator folders and etc.

I don't understand exactly what you mean. I'm using Firefox, what is console log (I don't use WebTerminal, if you meant that)?
I am sure the problem is not on my side. Exactly the same issue was 1-2 months ago and MetaQuotes fixed it then. Now it is here again.
No i meant the console log for the browser but don't mind it.

I did not change anything on my system, and it worked well so far.
Then suddenly it failed. And this problem occured earlier. And MetaQuotes solved it.
Also, an other user (on Mac op sys) reported the same 3-4 days ago.
So, I am sure it is a central issue.

I just used the cloud protector on an EA without having any issues with it.
The terminal also logs in just fine and shows my community account balance also in the log and there are no errors.
Maybe you are on a different build.

This very annoying error is here again. I cannot enter to my MQL account with the MT4 terminal (and MetaEditor): authorization failed.
The same problem happened already 1-2 months ago and then has been resolved by MetaQuotes.
Moderator, can you please contact with the Service Desk about this problem?
