Here is the situation
I had an old Paypal account. Then I realized that there was incorrect information in the data and I deleted this account, creating a new account with the same email.
After that I requested a MQL5 withdrawal here for my Paypal account, on 09/19/2019, but soon realized that my Paypal account was not verified. So I did the checking procedure after I sent the money.
So what happened: I haven't received the funds so far in my Paypal account.
The amount was deducted immediately here in Paypal, there was no return and I did not receive any error message in the transaction.
By contacting Paypal support and explaining the situation I was informed to request the transaction ID here in MQL5. I opened a call here in support but so far I got no answer.
Could anyone help me in this case? If the transaction was not made, why did the value not return here to my MQL5 account? Is there any other way to get the ID of this transaction? Is there any other way to get a response from supports here in MQL5?
