Slower backtest on a new laptop

Hello guys, today I had a very strange problem. I bought a new PC with much, much better characteristics like CPU, RAM, SSD and so on. Visibly it is working much faster that the old one for opening big files, opening web browsers and so. However when conducting a backtest on MT4 it is 3-4 times slower. Everything on both PCs is identical - like data used, EA, symbol, control points - everything This is happening without other opened programs on both of them- so condition are the same. Any suggestion why is this occurring?
