The answers I received are not helping. I did nothing at all and all of a sudden the VPS is no longer working


I do not know how to contact the Service Desk


Since MQL5 is offering this service and I pay for it you must make it work


I need to have this matter solved ASAP

We are forum users and not Metaquotes. We have nothing to do with the way Metaquotes run their business.

I think you are right

When I said "you", I meant "the team" that supports and maintains the servers

I need a way to get in contact with them.

I got there already but through other ways/links

at the bottom of the page, option Contacts and requests.

Apparently it is the same thing

I have the same problem since today, Mac system... but i dont use any signals, it just keep poping out on the log and is really anoying cause i dont use it.. sometimes i use for notifications but right now is off and i still see it
