What is "it"?

 
  1. There are no mind readers here and our crystal balls are cracked. We can't possibly know what it is.
  2. Obviously the fix for "not enough money," is to add more money to your balance.
  3. If that script/EA is exceeding margin requirements, it is not written correctly and is not managing risk properly. Fix the code or change the parameters or both.

You keep trying to open a position, that is too large for your available free margin.

You either lower your lot size or increase your balance.
