Hi,
I have been able to download in the past when I had just one broker. I set up a second broker for ECN scalping testing and broker testing, but every download went to that (new) MT4 platform (both brokers use their own version of MT4). I have then tried to delete testing (second) MT4 platform off the computer and now doesn't download to current live MT4 platform. I click the box "do you have MT4 platform of your computer" and nothing happens.
I have tried deleting cookies.
I have tried using both Internet Explorer and Chrome.
Going through market tab within the MT4 platform has done the job up so far until now and trying to buy something through MT4 just puts me into a state of perpetual loading. I get the loading icon for hours.
Also going through the MT4 platform has been slow, laggy and also sometime just instantly puts me back to main tab and is a little frustrating. Would really like to know the answer to being able to directly download from MQL5 website onto platform again.
