How can I attach a file in signal/product description? Where must upload the file and share link for users?

You can't, you can only include a file link in the description.

You can upload it in any cloud server and copy the link.

MQL5 doesn't offer such option as far as I know.

links to external references is forbidden in mql.

what is c.mql5.com? I see some links such as

You can include links to instructions, backtest results etc.

You can attach your set files, under your blog posts and then provide a link to them.

Create a blog post and attach your files at the bottom of it, in order to create links to them.
