Indicator with resolution higher than bar

Is it possible to create an indicator that shows several data points per bar?

For example a data point per tick.

I would think that in order to show information from more than one time-frame in a single chart, you have to show the smallest time-frame chart as a base for higher-time-frame information to be overlayed. So, if you're thinking of displaying ticks alongside, say, a 1-minute chart, you'll need to display the tick chart as base, with minute-wise information as overlay.

However, on Metatrader4/5, I believe we cannot display tick charts, so the smallest time-frame chart will be 1-minute, and information from higher-time-frame charts can be overlayed on it without any problem.

Of course it's possible. Most channel indicators show three.
