Is it possible to provide a signal operating through a mobile app or should I rely exclusively in PCs?

You can connect your signal to the MQL5 signal database and trade through your phone, but you need to employ a VPS in order to ensure smooth transmition of your trading positions to your subscribers.

This can only be done though MT4/5 platform, so you need to use a PC for it.
