Signals: Subscribe to a sign and at the same time be a provider of other (differente markets/countries)

I want to be a signal provider here in the country (Brazil) I live, and at the same time to subscribe to a signal from a Market I still don't have know how (US stock Market, especifically S&P mini futures). In order to do that, do I have to have an acount in two different broker firms, then in one to be a provider and the other one to be a signer?

this system is working 'per account'; means: if you use one account to provide the signal so you can not use same this account to subcribe.
