Hi,

Why i get this message in metatrader 4 journal?

2018.12.19 20:51:43.356    MQL5.community: authorization failed
2018.12.19 20:51:42.973    MQL4 Market: failed to get list of user products [401]

.....................

2018.12.19 08:53:05.191    '***********': datacenter connecting failed [6]

2018.12.18 22:36:10.604    '***********': Signal - subscription disabled
2018.12.18 22:36:10.414    '***********': Signal - MQL5.community account is not specified

2 out of 5 error messages are related to your mql5.com account.

So check whether the login credentials are correctly set in the MT4 properties. 

As soon as they are correctly set everything will work perfectly fine.

It was working just fine and now its not. Please help.

You should fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (and with confirmaion of sucessful login in Metatrader journal).

You should fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password.

... and error 401 is indicating that there is some program in your computer which is blocking internet access to the signal pages inside your Metatrader.
