Download And Activation of EA

I have purchased (recorded in Purchases on MQL5) and attempted several times to download and activate the <name removed> EA using the standard installation procedures offered by MQL5, all with no success. <name removed (the Author), was very responsive and generous in offering suggestions, and the MQL5 Service Desk offered me the standard installation procedure in reply to my request for support (missing that I had been down that route several times) and offered me no opportunity to clarify or respond. I am appealing to anyone on the Forum who may be of some assistance in helping me to get my purchase downloaded and installed on my MT4 platform. Thanks for your help!

Besides, you should use Windows (not Linux and not MacOS, because the market does not work on those OS'ses).
And IE 8 or higher should be installed on the computer.
