ok my ticket was responded and closed. now when I try to ask another question regarding payment it says you cant open another ticket.

please respond how it works.

Patience is the key to success! In trading and in the communication with the Service Desk.

You can't open more than one ticket per day. If you do have another questions wait for tomorrow.

 
24 hours it takes for new ticket okay got it. will check tomorrow.
