The max drawdown value in this case, indicates working drawdown of open positions, before they were closed.

The Maximum Drawdown value is calculated based on Equity, not on the balance! So, as @Eleni Anna Branou has stated, that includes the open positions.
Deposit Load is something else entirely which considers the margin requirements of the orders and not so much the actual loss of an order (Load = Margin / Equity * 100%).
