in my terminal and when instslled it comes with utility

i try to work it 

no way to doing it

and not work 

and when ask the seller he speake to me i can make copy to the folder of expert and he is working

Where did you download expert from?
From website? from the market? 

Because if you downloaded the expert from some external website so we are not discussing it here.

Market?

• Did you download expert in right way? Directly from Metatrader?
• Did you buy expert? If yes so it should work (you can use it in trading).
• Did you download demo? If yes so you can backtest it; but you can not use it in trading.
• Did you download trial version paying for rent? if yes so this expert should work.

If you downloaded expert from the Market in correct way so you can not move this file to anywhere.
