MQL seems to have no formal way to submit problems
I have had problems with freelancer but see no way to submit or nowhere to submit the problem
I see many freelancers show problems with late turnover but again see nowhere to report such an issue
on the left side of my orders there is a panel showing the steps to complete
just before the final steo of turnover there is a small instruction "READ MORE" if i click on that i
get page after page of RUSSIAN language which my computer says cannot be translated
if i try to submit a problem to the SERVICE DESK they refuse it and just refer me to the open forum
