how to change background color of the symbol in the market watch

hi everyone,

I did a program to select the best market according to my strategy. The problem is I put a lot of time to find a good symbol in a market watch (even if I sort alphabetically). So I m looking for a mean to win time but I don t know how can I change the background color of the symbol or to change the place of the symbol programmatically.
