Please the Brothers programmers modify the EA attachment

EA  opens deals when a sell signal appears and opens a sell when a buy signal appears to open a buy

Required: Do not repeat transactions above some or in close proximity to some .. Meaning
When a buy signal appears, there is an old buyout at the same point or at close distance for example 10 pips to open a new deal, unless the region is free of trades or trades located above 10 pips
And vice versa in selling as well

its not a double post. post 1 was getting it to work post 2 is tweaking, the desired result and the original point has changed.
