It has to be a local broker platform issue, because it hasn't been reported by anyone else.

I myself performed quite a few backtests in the last few days (today also), without a problem.

Every time you run a test or every time you start MetaTrader?

If it's the latter, check to see if you are starting MetaTrader with the /config:"configname.ini" option.
