Every price-based indicator repaints (except open price-based, but that delays).

 

Real time display is NOT the same as repainting!!

Example:

If an indicator plots the low of the day in real time, then the line will be crooked.

If an indicator uses iLow(Symbol(),PERIOD_D1,0) to plot the low of the day, then tomorrow, today's low of the day line will be horizontal - that is repainting.

Both RSI and CCI uses two periods of their respective moving averages. If their signals match (show the same direction), green or red bar appears. If their signals doesn't match yellow bar appears.

Download from here, compile in MetaEditor and attach to a chart. It is basic.
