Reading PIP from an attached chart

Hello to everybody,

My goal is read PIP(s) from an attached chart; i.e. I would like writing an EA which reads PIP from a graph starting from an initial date (for example Sept. 11, 2011) to an ending date (for example to 12 Dec. 2011).

Is there some articles, or somethng else, from which could inspire me ?

Surely I was very confusing, because I am new about FOREX, MetaTrader and mql5; even if I am an experienced computer programmer.

I meant read values from graph... for example if I attach my EA to EUR/USD trades, my wish is read quotations from Sept 11 2011 to 12 Dec. 2011.

Whic I want to read is the opening, closing, maximun and minimum exchange.
