im trying to use this ea on the strategy tester and it's not working!
 

BTW, DOES THIS EA WORK ON ANY TIMEFRAME?

 
in the terminal window below the chart, under expert, after i load the "starter" EA, i get a message saying "cannot open file 'C:\program files\strategybuilderfx 4\expert\indicator\laguerre.ex4' on the EUR,h4".  what does this mean.   is this EA working?
 
I am not a programer, can someone look at the Code the EA is only placing a buy signal and not a SELL signal. you will enjoy the profits on the uptrend of the market and loose on the down trend, or do I have to close the EA and wait for a next uptrend in the market, Please can some one help.
