Look in the Journal tab, all is there.If you've put 20% and the other subscriber some other percentage, then there's your reason for having different lot sizes.
me and another subscriber have a same balance at 20% of provider but lot sizes are different

No, if you only use 20% of your balance for signal copying.
Increase your participation percentage in: Tools >> Options >> Signals, settings.
