Where ? It seems you can post here.
 
In my platform. It's Metatrader 4, with the broker Fin Fx. I don't know if this can help. 

When I go to the options, Community tab, I type the password and give me the same error all the time:

6553: failed send data (403)

Signal: 6553: failed get the list of subscriptions, connection error 

And in the Signals tab says: not connected, select from the signals database. 

Last week it was working perfectly. I'm paying for a signal and I had to close all my positions.

I suppose you are sure to type in the good password ?

I can only suggest you to write to ServiceDesk.

 

Yes, I type it correctly. I already wrote them.

 

Do you think this can be solved using a VPS service?

The Community tab needs mql5.com password.

Can this problem occur because I subscribed from the MQL5 and I have Metatrader 4. Even though, the signal was working last week...
