MetaQuotes ID on Android

I have a Moto X on LTE / wi-fi.  When I open MT4 and go to Settings > Messages > MetaQuotes ID it says "Failed to register messages receiving service.  Check your Internet connection and try again."  Everything about my network connection seems good, I can use MT4 live like normal on my Android phone, I just can't get a MetaQuotes ID.  I'm trying to setup push notifications to my phone with this.  Can anyone suggest what the problem might be?

I should say, it's running Android Kit Kat.  Thanks for any help you can give...

Yes, it looks that way, but really, we shouldn't have to do that; the service should connect as indicated. I have the same problem.

It was 5 years ago, but you have been heard, there is no more ServiceDesk available for such issues.

In fact, I can not get MetaQuote ID for two of my andriod mobile phones.

But I have to tell you that Meta Quote ID was there several years without problem.

Push notification was working fine.

However, after I have updated to newest MetaTrader 5 Mobile App, things does not work.

I think people who are getting MetaQuote ID is probably using Old version of MetaTrader 5 Mobile App.

If they uninstall their MetaTrader Mobile App, reinstall with lastest version, then I think they will have the same problem (MetaQuote ID: Not Registered).

I really hope any one can confirm and give us some clear answer on this matter because too many of us are suffering from the same problem.
