My subscription date is supposed to end 2018/12/18 my service is OFF right now. I need to know why was I not informed of this. I would like to cancel my service and receive a refund. I need to be contacted of my status and refund of money sent.

Go to the VPS page and check your subscriptions (left side of the screen), if you don't see your subscription there but you should, contact the Service Desk about your refund.
