How I can see my signal ? It alert that " No items to show "   after I have applied as a Provider    Signal

Anyway - you can go to Signals - 'My Signals' (on the left)
 
I go to Signal "My Signal"  (on the left)  It alert that " No items to show "How I can do?
 

You can write to Service Desk for example.
