leading indicator required, help please.

hi friends, please i need help, 

i need an indicator to act as :

1) a trend identifier for acting as a filter to neglect the reversed trades carried out by my other signal indicators.

and i want it with these characteristics:

1) not repainting.

2) a leading indicator not lagging. 

3) it isnot directly an Rsi or CCI or momentum or all these well known formulas.  

i searched the internet deeply and didn't find what i need, so please help.

;)) no sir something is acting like step ma but in a leading performance based on momentum or an algorithm or something like that.
