first  eurusd chart and second chart eurgbp.
through programming when eurgbp order gets closed another order of eurgbp with lower volume size should appear instead eurusd  order appeared in terminal because eurusd chart was the active window chart.
Usually manually clicked chart are active and others become inactive.
Actually speaking what I try to convey went wrong.

If you have an EA running on 2 charts, they are both active, it doesn't matter which chart is on top.
