Code a Histogram Indicator Help Please

Can someone please help.

I will explain what I would like to have done in detail.

Code a Histogram Indicator based on the following: Template

13 EMA Shift 5 Apply Low with Levels 300 and -300

5 SMA Close no shift

When the 5 SMA crosses above the upper 300 level on the 13 EMA, a Green Histogram bar would form.

When the 5 SMA crosses into the 300 / -300 range a Yellow Histogram bar would form.

When the 5 SMA crosses down thru the -300 level a Red Histogram bar would form.

This Indicator would be based on the H4 timeframe.

This Indicator based on the H4 could be used on the M15 timeframe to apply to trading.
