Successful professional traders do three things .They plan a trading strategy , they follow the markets and analyze each of their trades.
I like the simplicity and durable method that you use. The best strategies are the ones that have been around forever like candlestick patterns, chart patterns, and S/R levels. I think Forex trading will always have some degree of stress though. Even if there is very good automated EA like the FEN EA that I use or other EA's, there are other things like VPS problems and broker problems to worry about. The only truly stress free system is to have a manager manage your entire account for you.
