I am also investigating how to use Excel as forex trading platform in conjunction with Meta Trader. Hopefully, I will be able to get it all set up in the next few days.....would like to know how it is working out for any other "newbies".

I think that using Excel is a simple solution because many already understand how to use Excel and can manipulate it.

I heard FxDialogue has the only Excel plug in for metatrader.
No need to know coding or to do macro or to hire someone or to ask someone to help you with the charts.
