Use 24hour format..And work with your brokers time

HDay= News Day ranges from 0-31 (Set to 0 to use theea immediately

NHour=News Hour (0-24)

NMin=News Mins (0-60)

If this EA gives the same error message, then,it could be from your broker....ie the time b4 news...u could make it longer to see if it gives the same error.
