Hi Vladimir,

When i optimize values in strategy tester,i set stop-loss to 100.But expert opens a trade with stop-loss= 1000 in real trading.Why ?

All is correct. It should be so. Stop Loss and Take Profit are led to 4 digits.

You still do not technical details: the name of the symbol, the number of digits in the price, the example of the transaction ...
 
If expert opens a trade in strategy tester ,stop loss will 100.BUT !  If expert opens a trade in real trading,stop loss will 1000.
