MT4 indicator for MT5

I have two useful indicators of the MT4 that I’d like to use in the MT5. I tryied convert it, I open it in the MetaEditor of the MT5 and after I save it how MT5 file. But, didn’t work. If someone can help me, I thanks!

PS: They are inverters of pair of currency, ie, they transform EUR/USD in USD/EUR.

Since you can have a sub-chart objects of any symbol and any time frame using metatrader 5, you don't need those indicators converted at all

Here is just one example (used different symbols, but you are not forced to do so) :
