It is a fact that as a trader we have to keep our trading accounts secured and that will be possible only when we are using a lower trading risks in our trades 
I couldn't agree more. I think some people end up in "freeze" part of their "fight, freeze or flight" instinct when something like that happens and just watch their account melt away.
You are more than right guys. We should certainly avoid meeting the dreaded margin call at all cost and not waiting till our trades are partially or totally liquidated. But we can keep this situation from happening if we just check our account balance regularly and by using stop losses on our trades in order to limit the risk.

Kill the Broker is a good decision :) Some Brokers deserve it Or else? Kill the broker?
But we should agree that sometimes the Broker are warning if such event is nearby. There are for examples automatic e-mail notification that warn and want u to deposit more funds or close positions.
