think the main problem of loosing in Forex is not having good and quality knowledge about this business. Also some people want to become rich in few days of trading and they have no patience at all.
It is indeed tragic that only 5% investors succeed in Forex market. The probable reason behind this is that most of the traders think of trading as gambling and enter into trade without sufficient knowledge, proper and defined strategies and stop losses. Another reason for losing money in Forex is impatience. You need a lot of patience to trade here. Many traders lose their nerves when they start getting into losses. Making money in forex is not easy. Forex is a hard affair because it is very risky. We need to learn first and if we start without learning, we can fall. If you want to be successful in forex business you must work hard every day in training, practicing, reading books, doing lot of technical and fundamental analysis. Forex trading needs good experience and serious work with a profitable strategy. Learn then earn principle works here.

Traders loose due to their mistakes . They do not learn forex , they had low experience of trading . While open any positions they do not analyze market . Most common reason is greed , they had no trading plan or strategy and want to earn a lot form market . In this way they become a looser . In forex we need some patience and skill to face market so that we avoid loss.
In this trading place, it is not possible at all to calculate the actual faction of this trading place with certainly. So, for prediction the accurate movement of this trading market we have to depend on our trading strategy that traders fixed in order to their trading information.

While predicting mostly traders see the potential profit they migh make instead of checking the amount lost in case of bad trade. They forget to manage the risk properly so when a trade goes wrong, they make big loses which cause a losing streak in case of revenge trading.
Everyone is different and will find the forex market difficult for a multitude of reasons, most that I have come across tend to be things like patience money management and emotions. Mine being psychological, just turn those weaknesses into strengths and success will follow.
