I have an email inbox that collects emails for the entire domain. For better spam control, I assign a unique email addresses for every form I fill in the internet. When the email address becomes pirated by spammers, I redirect it to a trash.
Since April 5 the spam started to be delivered to address I have registered with this forum. I am not sure how many way there are to steal rather rare email address - it might be stolen on a relay, but more probably from a local database by an employee.
So far I registered many similar leaks, so this is not a problem for me (I can enter a new email address any time) but I wanted to share information.
