Kennanoate, the author of that indicator/system posted about it here: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/182184 the file is in ex4 format, meaning nothing can be done as far as adding alerts, etc. it's up to the original author of the indicator.

now cant it be decompiled and then edited?

As far as replicating have no idea what was used and out of respect for the creator of the indicator, really don't care to.

The good news is that the indicator does not repaint (at least I could not find now any point that could cause it to repaint) so here is the multi time frame version of the indicator too
