Looks like any multi time frame stochastic that is interpolating values.
But it also looks to have problems with repainting (colors are wrong on a lot of places)

Entries and exits on that picture should be one bar later (all - otherwise it is an open bar signal trading). Results for it will be completely different then. Some exits are not logical at all. I don't know who made that picture, at it is more a wish list then a way how higher time frame stochastic should be traded
