As I see from your image - it is H4 candles on M30 chart. So, I think - it is Custom Candle indicator.

There are a couple of different types of nrp step ma stoch in regular elite section with or without alerts. And alerts can be added as required. This picture is one of them with multi timeframe and alerts.
