What's the best setup (in periods) for ADX indicator to EURUSD M30 in your experience?

I want to use it as a filter for my system.

I recommend adx 14 with 23 or 25 min level

depending on your preference

I'm trying to use ADX like a filter for my TS.

Hi,

On M30 I use default for ADX.

I also look at the % of increase of adx.

Adx = 25 but nearly flat is not a signal for me

but quick increase and adx = 23 can be one.
