Changes on a current (still opened) bar are not repainting - the state of the current candle must be updated as the price changes (or else that would be repainting)
Repainting is when a closed bar state is changed and no, that indicator does not repaint
It seems like it is repainting.
You can see from the screen shot where the arrow disappeared.

The indicator I posted does not repaint. Check what else were you doing that could cause that
