Recently on 2011/11/01 it closed the 9th order with 10.1 pips profit and having currently from last statement 8 open orders. Not the same time with other orders.

I do not understand why this ea behaves differently. Should it wait until total pips of all orders to be profitable and then close as it happen in the first case? What trigger this differentiation? This is the first time I see tickscalper going to the 9th martingale level orders. If it waited until more orders accumulate pips as in first case will have higher chance to have profit. Now the order with the highest lot size is wasted. Is it correct?

It is TickScalper with "more safe settings" (name of the settings).
By the way - "super more safe" settings (different settings) are more safe concerning this situation as this kind of settings is martingaling is less aggressive way.
It is account with TickScalper with 'super more safe' settings traded since August last year:
I did not connect with account with stats website just because I traded many pairs on this account but 3 pairs are profitable only since august 2010: EURGBP, USDCHF and GBPJPY.
To connect this TickScalper with this settings to stats website - it is necessary to instal separated metatrader and trade just 1 or 2 select pairs.
Most profitable for this 'super more safe' settings is GBPJPY (max lot size is 0.08):
So, this GBPJPY is profitable for the long time without any martingale cycle losses and with max lot size = 0.08. EURGBP and USDCHF are also good but max lot size for them are 2.56 sorry.

As to 'more safe settings' - I am trading some different pairs on the other accounts. I am not connecting it with stats website for same reason: I traded many pairs, and I stopped trading losing pairs and keeping just profitable only (but this stats website is not taking separated statements based on magic number sorry).
More profitable for this account ('more safe settings') are EURUSD and USDCHF:
But those pairs (EURUSD and USDCHF) had some losses since August last year.
EURUSD is still recovering this loss and USDCHF is almost recovered this loss.
As to know - EURGBP is having 8 open trades ... which should be closed in oloss or profit some time ago.
Thus, profitable pairs for 'more safe settings':
EURGBP
EURUSD
USDCHF.
I am recommending EURGBP for this settings.
As to 'super more safe settings' so it may be EURGBP, USDCHF and GBPJPY but most profitable and less risky is GBPJPY.

Maybe we should contact Igorad to see under which circumstances this closing of trade can happen. The 10.1 pipis profit of the 9th order tells me that the order was probably closed by the MGPips parameter which is set to 10. But this part of the code is checked only if Exit Mode is set to 11 and the settings have Exit Mode 12. Or some other condition took place? It is a good ea, if it will manage these trades of the 9th and I expect 10th order martingale and close them in profit it will be great. Now the code under this market condition acted differently from what the creator intended. Is worth while investigating more the cause. As to the pairs I am confident if we have a fix to the closing orders with MaxOrders 12 It will be profitable just needs more initial deposit. But we need a fix? Current markets are a good test for all eas.
Super More Safe I will test more.

I do not think it is bug ... TickScalper never had this case before. Polyfit was having same cases if market is moving in very fast way. Besides, it is for the first time since June 2010 when lot size was 2.56 (it was 5 times with lot size 1.28 but for 2.56 - one time only since June last year).
