If this is the reaction to Yellen becoming a FED chairman, then not a lot of traders believe that something new will happen. This volume is close to what we had in the lowest holiday days - a sign?
possibly because a lot of the big dogs are still on Holiday until next wk
i was once told not to trade 2 wks before Christmas and until 2 wks after due to low volume and major players still being away
and the market makers like to lull everyone into a false sense of security and or just shaft traders anyways in the 1st and last wk of Christmas, so usually not really worth trading anyway (unless one is addicted to trading)
and why not take a bit of extra time off at this time of yr, same as the big dogs do
In Rates / NFP wks, its always a bit weird anyway until the Thursday / Friday
